Refund Policy

We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date. This generous return window gives you ample time to try on your items, ensure they fit correctly, and decide if they are right for you. We believe that 60 days is a fair and reasonable timeframe that respects both our customers and our commitment to quality.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that while we process refunds promptly, it may take an additional 2 to 3 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account, depending on their processing times.

We offer free returns on all eligible items. You will not be charged any return shipping fees. To initiate a return, simply contact our support team at support@bloomchic.it.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration may not be accepted for return. Certain items, such as final sale pieces, are clearly marked on the product page and cannot be returned. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
